Howard Smith and Rick Harrison were appointed Joint Administrators of THGL Realisations Limited (formerly Transform Hospital Group Limited) - in Administration (the 'Company') on 7 October 2022.
All assets of the Company have been realised and we have settled all costs of the administration.
We consider that our original Proposals have now been completed. There have been no amendments to, or major deviations from, our original Proposals.
We have filed a copy of our progress report with the Registrar of Companies together with the requisite notice. The administration will cease to have effect when the Registrar of Companies registers these documents. The Company will be dissolved three months after that date.
We no longer act on behalf of the Company and therefore hold no authority to deal with any former patient and/or creditor queries moving forwards. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes but is not limited to customer complaints, queries regarding refunds, warranties and after care. Consequently, no further unsecured claims can be lodged against the Company once the administration has closed.
