James Clark and Howard Smith were appointed Joint Administrators of Camstead Limited (the ‘Company’), Yelcon Limited and Scotfield Group Limited (together "the Group") on 19 November 2024.

If you are a homeowner and the Company was responsible for the construction of your development, please refer to the relevant FAQ document that is attached below. Please note that Yelcon Limited was responsible for the construction of Green Lane Mills and as such relevant detail for this site can be found here.

If you have amounts due to you from the Company as at the date of appointment, you can register a claim by completing a proof of debt form.
