On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. FLBG LLP (formerly Gordon Brown Law Firm LLP) – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

James Lumb and Mark Orton were appointed Joint Liquidators of FLBG LLP (formerly Gordon Brown Law Firm LLP) – in Liquidation (the ‘LLP’) on 9 December 2020. Following Mark Orton’s resignation, Chris Pole was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 15 June 2021.
