On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Neil Gostelow and Steve Absolom were appointed Joint Administrators of Emerald Global Limited (formerly known as Emerald Travel Limited and Palmherne Limited) – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 9 April 2021. Following Neil Gostelow's resignation, Tim Bateson was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 10 June 2022. Following Steve Absolom’s resignation, Howard Smith was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 10 June 2022.
