TheVeganKind Ltd – in Administration

Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Administrators of TheVeganKind Ltd – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 11 October 2022. Following Blair Nimmo's resignation, James Dewar was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 29 August 2024.

Following the ending of the Administration, Alistair McAlinden and James Dewar were appointed Joint Liquidators of TheVeganKind Ltd – in Liquidation on 25 September 2024.

How to submit a claim

If you have amounts due to you from the Company as at the date of appointment, you can register a claim by completing a proof of debt form.
