PPG Worrall Street Ltd – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

Jonathan Thielmann and Kristina Kicks were appointed Joint Liquidators of PPG Worrall Street Ltd – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 26 January 2024.

On 11 May 2023, Martin Halligan of Live Recoveries Limited was appointed as Liquidator of the Company. On 26 January 2024 a creditors' meeting was held, pursuant to Rules 6.20 and 6.26 of the Insolvency Rules 2016, at which Martin Halligan was removed as Liquidator of the Company and Jonathan Thielmann and Kristina Kicks were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
