Mike Pink, Ed Boyle and Richard Heis were appointed Joint Administrators of MF Global UK Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 31 October 2011.

Richard Heis, Michael Robert Pink and Richard Dixon Fleming were appointed as the joint special administrators of MF Global UK Limited following an application to the High Court in London by the directors of MF Global UK Limited on Monday 31 October 2011. On 30 June 2016, Richard Fleming resigned as a joint special administrator of MFGUK. By order of the court, dated 9 May 2017 Edward Boyle was appointed as a replacement joint special administrator of MFGUK to replace Richard Fleming. Edward Boyle’s appointment is effective 10 May 2017.
