Harlequin Property (SVG) Limited – in Bankruptcy

On March 3, 2017, Harlequin Property (SVG) Limited (the “Company”) entered into bankruptcy after a certificate of assignment was issued by the Supervisor of Insolvency. Brian Glasgow, a licensed insolvency practitioner in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, was appointed as Bankruptcy Trustee and his appointment was affirmed on March 31, 2017.
