Bellhill Limited – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Liquidators of Bellhill Limited – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 6 May 2022. Following Blair Nimmo's resignation, James Dewar was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 30 August 2024.

Following a decision of the creditors, Kenneth Wilson Pattullo of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP ("Begbies") has been appointed as Liquidator of the Company, with effect from 27 June 2022.
