On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

TXU Europe Limited – in Administration

David Pike and Jim Tucker were appointed Joint Administrators of TXU Europe Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 19 November 2002.

Philip Wallace and Jim Tucker were appointed Joint Administrators of TXU Europe Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 19 November 2002. Following Philip Wallace’s resignation, John Milsom was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court on 24 July 2006. Following John Milsom’s resignation, David Pike was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 23 December 2020.
