Contis Financial Services Limited – in Administration

Joshua James Dwyer and Robert Spence of Interpath Advisory were appointed Joint Special Administrators (“JSAs”) of Contis Financial Services Limited (“the Company” or “CFSL”) on 30 January 2025. The Company has ceased to trade. Only limited information is available at this early stage of the Special Administration. Our initial actions will be to secure the assets of the Company, including securing all customer safeguarded funds.

• All customer accounts, including prepaid debit cards, have been frozen.
• Payments and receipts are no longer possible.
• Customers can access information regarding their accounts via the webpage until 6 February 2025 to:

Next Steps for Customers

This customer portal will be updated with further information and FAQs as the Special Administration progresses. Please monitor this portal for updates regarding a claims process that will be introduced by the JSAs once the funds reconciliation is completed.

Being Alert to Scams

All customers should remain alert to the possibility of fraud. The JSAs will not contact customers directly by phone. If you are approached by a third party offering to recover funds, proceed with caution.
