On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC.

SFX Global Limited – in Liquidation

David Standish, David Collins and Brian Glasgow were appointed as Joint Liquidators (the 'JLs') of SFX Global Limited (the 'Company') on 26 November 2020 pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Justice in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines ('SVG').

The JLs were previously appointed as the Company’s Joint Provisional Liquidators on 30 October 2020 pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Justice in SVG in order to preserve and protect the Company’s assets.
