Tracey Pye and Rick Harrison were appointed Joint Supervisors of Total Fitness Health Clubs Limited – under a Voluntary Arrangement (the ‘Company’) on 13 April 2021. Following Tracey Pye’s resignation, Howard Smith was appointed Joint Supervisor with effect from 31 January 2022.
