On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Paul Dumbell and David Standish were appointed Joint Administrators of Slaters of Abergele Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 15 March 2018. Following Paul Dumbell’s resignation, Richard Harrison was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 18 March 2021.
