On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Pocklington Steel Structures Limited – in Administration

Pocklington Steel Structures Limited - in Administration (the 'Company') was placed into administration on 15 December 2011 and Howard Smith and Mark Firmin were appointed as Joint Administrators. Following an application to Court, Howard Smith and Mark Firmin were re-appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company with effect from 15 December 2015. As a result of a Block Transfer, Jonny Marston replaced Mark Firmin as Joint Administrator on 29 July 2016. In accordance with the Order, creditors and members were given notice of the replacement of Mr Firmin as Joint Administrator by advertisement in the London Gazette. Following Jonny Marston's resignation, David Costley-Wood was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 13 June 2018.
