On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Nero Holdings Limited – Proposed Voluntary Arrangement

Will Wright and David Costley-Wood were appointed Joint Supervisors of Nero Holdings Limited – under a Voluntary Arrangement (the ‘Company’) on 1 December 2020. Following David Costley-Wood’s resignation, Blair Nimmo was appointed Joint Supervisor by Order of Court with effect from 18 March 2021.
