On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

EEDG Realisations Limited (formerly known as Ed's Easy Diner Group Limited) – in Administration

Blair Nimmo and Robert Andrew Croxen were appointed Joint Administrators of EEDG Realisations Limited (formerly known as Ed's Easy Diner Group Limited) – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 12 October 2016.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

Update to preferential creditors:

A first and final dividend to preferential creditors of 100p in the £ was declared on 28 June.

Preferential creditors should note that any dividend cheques that will remain unrepresented on 28 December 2017 (i.e. six months from the issue) will be cancelled. All unclaimed dividends will be forwarded to the Insolvency Service unclaimed dividend fund.
