On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

Clugston Services Limited – in Administration

James Clark and Chris Pole were appointed Joint Administrators of Clugston Services Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 6 December 2019.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

The Company has now ceased to trade and all facilities management contracts have been transferred to alternative providers. Any goods or services that were supplied by the Company in administration, and any payments that are made to you by the Joint Administrators, are strictly for the account of the Company in administration. Any such payments cannot be held or applied by you in reduction of any debts outstanding prior to administration.
