On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

ACH Realisations Limited (formerly Achica Limited) – in Administration

Rob Croxen and Will Wright were appointed Joint Administrators of ACH Realisations Limited (formerly Achica Limited) – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 28 November 2016.

Update to unsecured creditors:

A first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of 0.11p in the £ was declared on 11 October 2017.

Creditors should note that any dividend cheques that will remain unrepresented on 11 April 2018 (i.e. six months from the date of issue) will be cancelled. All unclaimed dividends will be forwarded to the Insolvency Service.
