On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

Screenetics UK Ltd – in Administration

Paul Flint and David Costley-Wood were appointed Joint Administrators of Screenetics UK Ltd – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 2 June 2015.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

A sale of the business of the Company was successfully completed on 2 June 2015 following the appointment of the Joint Administrators. The business and assets of the Company were sold to ToHealth Ltd. A SIP 16 memorandum, providing further details of the sale, is published on this website.
