On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Will Wright and Mike Pink were appointed Joint Supervisors of SHB Properties Realisations Limited (formerly BHS Properties Limited) (in administration) – under a Voluntary Arrangement (the ‘Company’) on 23 March 2016.

The voluntary arrangement has come to an end.
