On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

Unipart Automotive Limited – in Administration

Mark Orton, Jonathan Charles Marston and Will Wright were appointed Joint Administrators of Unipart Automotive Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 23 July 2014.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

Shortly following appointment, the Joint Administrators successfully concluded the pre-packaged sale of 33 branches and 5 hubs to Andrew Page and The Parts Alliance. This sale also incorporated all of the Company’s stock and resulted in 361 members of the workforce transferring over to the purchaser.

The status of all the branches is detailed in the attached document on this page, titled "Unipart Property Status". The document also provides contact details of the current occupant. The Company ceased to trade immediately on appointment and the branches excluded from the above sale were closed with immediate effect. The majority of the Company’s workforce have been made redundant and a small number of employees have been retained to assist us with our duties and the closure of the branches excluded from the sale.
