On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

McEwens of Perth Limited – in Administration

Gerard Anthony Friar and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Administrators of McEwens of Perth Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 24 March 2016.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

Further to the appointment of the Joint Administrators, any gift vouchers purchased and unused are unfortunately no longer valid in store. Any outstanding amounts will now form an unsecured claim in the administration.
