Bricks K5 Capital Limited – in Administration

Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Administrators of Bricks K5 Capital Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 28 July 2022.

Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Administrators of Newcastle Glassworks Limited ("NGL"), Newcastle Glassworks Management Limited ("NGML") and Bricks K5 Capital Limited ("K5") (together the "Companies") on 28 July 2022.

Immediately following the Administration appointments, we completed a sale of the business and certain assets of the Companies to Genius Explorer Limited and Genius Explorer Opco Limited.
