On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Toto Energy Ltd – in Administration

Steve Absolom and Will Wright were appointed Joint Administrators of Toto Energy Ltd – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 30 October 2019. Following Steve Absolom’s resignation, Andrew Stone was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 10 June 2022. Following Andrew Stone’s resignation, Nick Holloway was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 3rd August 2023.
