Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Liquidators of MSL Limited – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 16 February 2022. Following Blair Nimmo's resignation, James Dewar was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 30 August 2024.

Alistair McAlinden and James Dewar are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

We are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics.
