Geoff Jacobs and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Liquidators of Doonin Plant Ltd – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 11 August 2015. Following Blair Nimmo’s resignation, Alistair McAlinden was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 30 August 2024.

Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs and Alistair McAlinden are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
