On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. 00226267 Plc – in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation

Nick Timpson and Mark Orton were appointed Joint Liquidators of 00226267 Plc – in Members' Voluntary Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 31 August 2005. Following Mark Orton’s resignation, Steve Absolom was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 15 June 2021. Following Steve Absolom’s resignation, David Pike was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 10 June 2022.
