On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Redcastle (214 Oxford Street) Limited – in Administration

Ed Boyle and Steve Absolom were appointed Joint Administrators of Redcastle (214 Oxford Street) Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 30 November 2020.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

Additionally, Ed Boyle and Steve Absolom were appointed Joint Supervisors of the Company’s Company Voluntary Arrangement (‘CVA’) on 17 November 2021. The Implementation date of the CVA occurred on 4 January 2022.

On 12 January 2022 the purpose of the administration to rescue the Company as a going concern was achieved. Accordingly the Administrators terminated the administration under paragraph 80 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Consequently the administration ceased to have effect on this date and the company was returned to the control of its directors.
