Gas and Power Limited t/a Hub Energy – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

Andrew Stone and Rick Harrison were appointed Joint Liquidators of Gas and Power Limited t/a Hub Energy – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 21 July 2022. Following Andrew Stone’s resignation, Neil Morley was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 3rd August 2023. Following Neil Morley’s resignation, Howard Smith was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 22nd March 2024.

Following the end of the administration on 21 July 2022, the Company was subsequently placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation. The reports issued to creditors in the previous administration can be accessed via the following link:
