Castleoak Care Partnerships Limited – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

Sarah Collins and Steve Absolom were appointed Joint Liquidators of Castleoak Care Partnerships Limited – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) following the members meeting held on 28 October 2021. Following Steve Absolom’s resignation, Howard Smith was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 10 June 2022. Following Sarah Collins’s resignation, Ryan Grant was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 3rd November 2022.
