On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Bibby Hydromap Limited – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

Andrew Stone and Rick Harrison were appointed Joint Liquidators of Bibby Hydromap Limited – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 29 December 2020. Following Andrew Stone’s resignation, Neil Morley was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 3rd August 2023. Following Neil Morley’s resignation, Howard Smith was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 22nd March 2024.
